What is sport?Sports nowadays are very important to people and also for our country because sports will make our country more famous in the world. However, there are only very few people that are indeed completely incapable of deriving some benefit from sports. The most important reason for physically active is to get them fit in the first place or to improve their fitness(Craig Kelley 1998). The primary benefit of sports is to get fit being proactive in a sport will also bring other benefits to us and our well-being. According to (Roland Corbin 1993) , no matter if you want to get, maintain or improve your level of fitness what you will have to do in most cases is to address what you eat and your weight. The combination of an increased level of exercise as well as a more healthy and balanced died make people more aware of their whole life-style and this will improve their whole sense of well-being(Ruth Howard 2001) .Generally sports can be broadly categorized into team sports and individual sports as well as contact and non-contact sport. However, there are no hard and fast rules on this. Generally speaking it can be said that the older people become the less inclined the less able and inclined they are to participate in individual contact sports (Mike Hensley 1989) . (Raply 2000) said there are lots of team sports that demand a high level of fitness and still lack the element of “contact” thereby being perfectly suited for more mature players.
